I wasn't sure if they were going to be very noticeable for what I was going to use them for, but I was very glad they weren't. I have a few nooks and crannies in my dormer windows that I wanted to hang lights from but didn't want the cords dangling around the room. I routed the cables across the ceiling and added several hooks, alternating left and right. Then I used several hooks on the wall in the same way. I know I could use the command stripes, but all of the upstairs rooms were renovated and repainted this year and I really didn't want to use the command stripes on the new paint.
