Designed for use in a vehicle. When towing an RV or fifth wheel vehicle, there are no cables to trailer to a truck. When I asked about the required cables, their support team said that the distance would affect the resolution. I tested the cameras from the monitor directly on the camera. It looked like 480p resolution. The text was blocky and the monitor was severely distorted. No, and almost 1080p. I returned it after testing. I had a wireless system and the resolution was fantastic. Framerate was a bit choppy while driving, so I tried this system. Back to the wireless network. I have never updated this since I changed email accounts. The new monitor solved the resolution problem, but I was still using wireless. It is still intended for installation on a single vehicle, additional cables are required when used between a trailer and car/truck. It took the company time to look for additional cables so I'd give 5 runs for support.
