Protects the phone but is slippery

This bumper case works well on my Pixel 4 XL but I'm considering returning it as the case is very slippery and doesn't feel good in my hand. I'm glad it protects the phone because it's so smooth I can drop it more often. Update: After 1 year the power button cover fell off making it difficult to turn on the phone's screen. Very annoying.
