Cheap plastic but no big deal. I think I should have understood, but the heated seat buttons are behind the ashtray cover which houses the 12v cat charger. So using that gives you very limited access to the actual buttons, I can't even see what setting that's enabled without looking from an odd angle. Eonon has an on-screen setting for changing seat heating, so it's not necessary. It's good and I use it, but I'm playing around with the presentation a bit.
