Bought for my Subaru Crosstrek as it is short on storage. It fits perfectly over the rear headrests and doesn't get in the way of a small trunk lid that you can pull out to hide your belongings. Stable for the price and a good size. I don't hear it slam against the seat back as the car slows - it stays in place. I bought velcro just in case but I don't think I'll need it. The only downside is that I had a longer umbrella bag, but. So! I'm happy with that
