Initially I was very unhappy with this light as it broke the first time i used it. HOWEVER, After contacting NiteRider's excellent customer service team, they immediately sent me a free replacement. I like it's compact design and bright LED panel but what I really like is NiteRider's responsive customer service. NiteRIder stands behind their products.

- The NiteRider Vmax+ is quite expensive compared to other tail lights on the market, making it difficult for budget-conscious cyclists to justify the investment
