took off the decals of the boat let it warm up. Be patient. Once warm it removes the vinyl stickers completely, if you rush it leaves sticker marks (vinyl residue), the blade falls off easily so don't turn it on its side, it was hot so I couldn't replace the blade instantly. but after restarting it worked fine. not super durable but for my Ranger Boat Decals app it took them off 4 times. Once I learned to "WAIT" they came off completely in one go.
