I loved how easy it was to use and how easy it made scheduling the trainees for any of our customers. The customer service and customer support team was excellent. Very impressed with the product. There was nothing that I disliked about the product. Would highly recommend this product. I highly recommend this product to other businesses. Easy to use, easy to schedule, easy to train and easy to pay. The customer support and customer service was excellent. The program was easy to use and easy to navigate. It was simple to schedule trainees, trainees would love the product. I like that it allows me as admin of my account (as opposed from our employees) direct communication between them through their devices in real time which is great for safety reasons! It's not easy if you have multiple locations where trainings are held at different times so sometimes some people dont get notified but thats just because we're working remotely also this app can be improved about notifications options etc.
