Awful product! in my review

Locks and knobs are cheap, rattle and don’t stay tight. Latches are awful, and now one of knobs won’t even open. Latch is now stuck in door. Don’t waste your money like I did, get kwikset or sentry locks. It’s worth the little bit extra.
