I like that we can have our own customisable dashboard which is very easy for users (and admins) alike! It has helped us greatly in keeping track of all customer data across multiple sites/domains as well as tracking down issues quickly when they arise - it's definitely worth considering if you are looking at providing an analytics solution but also want something simple enough so your customers don't feel overwhelmed by having too much information available about them online!! We've been able get real time insights into what content people find most useful or where there might be potential problems within specific areas such as campaigns etc.
