I like the way the product is designed, very intuitive and easy to use. I have used other products from Scale Dynamics and they seem to be much more complicated and difficult to use. I like that we can have our own customisable dashboard which is very easy for users (and admins) alike! It has helped us greatly in keeping track of all customer data across multiple sites/domains as well as tracking down issues quickly when they arise - it's definitely worth considering if you are looking at providing an analytics solution but also want something simple enough so your customers don't feel overwhelmed by having too much information available about them online!! I like that it integrates well into our other products such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Studio Platforms or Hubspot CMS platforms for ecommerce sites etc., but also can be used independently without those integrations too!
