My weight tends to vary from chubby to clumsy so I like 'infinitely adjustable' straps but they all tend to squirm in it, be it made of synthetic, glued leather or real leather, which in my opinion can be considered a feature, but has always bothered me. This strap doesn't: it usually keeps the desired length, but if it slips, it's easy to tighten even while wearing. The elasticity also helps keep the waist tight. The buckle digs into my stomach a bit, but only when I'm sitting for a long time. Part quality is solid and I expect the two I have will last a very long time. So far it's been the next best thing to braces, which I hate when I wear them.
