Review on Columbia Little Shimmer Jacket Bright Boys' Clothing by Joe Fulce

This winter was a winner! I took the previous reviewer's advice and went up a size and rolled up my sleeves so we could use it for 2 years. It's thin enough to easily fit our son in a car seat. We live in New York so winters are windy and cold and sometimes rainy. This jacket is waterproof and windproof. The hood is retained and there is enough space for a thin hat and scarf if necessary. I liked the idea of having backpack straps inside - maybe they'll be more useful when our son is 3 years old? At 2 years old, the wearers did not hold the jacket in any way. The only negative I can say is that the fabric is so thin that I'm worried about it snagging or tearing when playing in bushes or rubbing against brick buildings etc and I'm not sure if i can fix it without glue but just stitching on the patch. This is not good for rough cases. All in all, this is a great jacket!
