Very sturdy trailer connector, well made. Exactly what I was looking for in a sealed 7 pin connector rather than dealing with a spare end which will inevitably crack and deteriorate over time and the elements. The reason for the two star rating is that I paid extra for the "boxed" version. To me that meant it came with a junction box, but cardboard retail packaging instead! I paid extra for a retail box that I didn't want because the seller has a dishonest description (or lack thereof) in the purchase options! This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed that Amazon allowed this to happen.
