Unfortunately, after a year of normal daily use, the vinyl began to crack and tear. The armrests, the center of the seat and a bit on the side have started to show threads underneath, which is extremely uncomfortable. They have pretty rough edges, so sitting in a chair with thinner pants really hurts. I work from home so I sit in my chair maybe 6-8 hours a day which I consider standard usage time these days. I don't even use the armrests, and somehow they're completely broken. I really want this chair to last longer because it has a great style and feel! Spring.
