I used two full boxes of these staples for my flooring project. I had no tying or bending of the staples. They don't split the oak floor as much as T-nails. When I received the package I had no broken staples. The galvanized part eliminates the possibility of rusting when the floor gets wet. They secured over 1,000 square feet of flooring so well that very little sanding was required to get it ready for finishing. I am very satisfied with this product.
