I've only used it once so far, but the end result was great on my first try. I had an issue with the glue I received (it was quite dry) but I messaged the seller and they have phenomenally responded to me and will replace the bad product. Excellent customer service. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow and there are many different gloss options and stencil options. My daughter loves the variety of stencils and colors. She's only worn it 24 hours so far but we put it on right before bed and there was no shine on her sheets and it still looks as perfect as when she put it on. I think this is an excellent quality product. Please note: Two containers of glue are supplied, which I also liked.
