Review on Roasting Nonstick Rectangular Non Toxic Champagne by Brooke Gill

I wanted to buy larger casserole dishes. This item looked exactly how I wanted it. BUT. The pans are smaller than stated. The large pot was advertised as 13 inches long, but it only measures 12.6 inches. The depth should be 2.6 inches, but it's only 2.2 inches. I know this is not a problem for most people. I've been looking for a larger pot so it doesn't overcook and make a mess while cooking. The quality of the pans makes a good impression. The pans appear to be steel and are heavier than the old aluminum pans I have now. I don't know how that affects the cooking time.
