Fingerprint reader does not work at all

Dynon Metrics BulletDrive is billed as a fingerprint unlock device. I probably spent an hour setting up and removing fingerprints to get the reader working. He just refuses to read my fingerprint. If you're looking for a secure USB flash drive that works with your fingerprint, look elsewhere. That stinker.
