I Own A Colonial Styled House That Was Built In The Late 1800's! It's At The Point In It's Life Where It Needs A Little TLC 2 Keep Everything Running. I Will A Little Concerned With The Outside Clips Keeping It Closed, So I'll Keep An Eye On Them, But So Far So Good.I Keep This Kit On The 2nd Floor Which Allows Me 2 Use This On The 2nd & 3rd Floors & Then I Grab Tools From My Basement For 1st Floor & Basement Repairs.For The Bulk Of My Home Repairs This Kit Works Perfectly. Obviously If It's A Bigger Repair I Need Other Tools Not Contained In This Setup.
