Product packaged well and would have gotten 5 stars if it hadn't broken 3 hours after receipt. Before ordering additional attachments, I wanted to make sure the micro USB attachment was securely attached to my Logitech Harmony Elite Pro remote. However, this happened with no problems when I removed it from the remote (only with a fingernail and not a screwdriver or anything mind you), the part of the tip that goes into the connector remained and all I got was a magnetic one Base with several metal pins to be fixed inside the end for the electrical connection. Now I'm an IT worker in the school system so I've seen this many times after years of 5-10 year olds being abused by unplugging or walking away with a device still plugged in, whatever. But that is unreasonable. It's also a shame because he did everything I hoped he could and did it great. Strong magnetic connection, the cable seems durable, the light at the end is very helpful to find it in the ocean of other similar cables when connected. I was ready to make sure I had a cable in every important place I've ever had, in my car, office, bedroom, and tips for every device I had. I looked forward to no longer having to worry about finding the right charger for my device or having to keep three different chargers - USB C, Micro USB, Lightning - in each of the above locations. A common cable with matching ferrule for each device. Very very disappointed, it didn't even last a day. I would be willing to give up and try again if more advice was sent to me.
