The product description specifies a communication range of 25 m. After opening, I read the package's description, which stated that the pointer moves across the screen in jerks rather than gradually and that the maximum communication distance was 10 meters without any intervening walls or other barriers. At a distance of roughly 4 meters, the mouse can be used normally. The monitor is located far away from the router (15 m.), making a cable connection impossible; therefore, the mouse was removed to facilitate the connection of CCTV cameras to the router. A 10-meter USB-to-USB cable was the answer to my problem. Under no circumstances should you purchase this garbage.
