I love that my team can interact with colleagues at any time, which means we can have discussions that are easy to track and measure. The platform also provides an extensive library of training resources so people can learn new skills as needed. The onboarding process was very thorough and gave us a good understanding of the tool. It’s been great to have an open line of communication between our employees and colleagues across the globe, which has helped us create more transparency in our department. One thing I would like to see improved is the ability to upload files from different locations easily. We use Unily internally and externally when working remotely, but also provide training courses to other companies to help them implement their own tools. I like the ability to see what my employees are doing from a desktop, mobile, and web experience. It is easy to use and does what it says it does for the most part. For the most part. It is not perfect, but it is a good solution for the employee engagement and retention. We are able to keep track of what our employees are doing and who they are engaging with. I can also see what my employees are doing without having to be in the building.
