Surprisingly good for a regular water bottle. The plastic is as thick and durable as it gets. There are also small details that are greatly appreciated. There are volume markings for ml and ounces on the side. The edges around the cap are made of silicone for a good grip even with wet hands. The hydration connector has a soft rubber tip that provides a secure seal and is also soft to the touch if you accidentally brush your lips or teeth while picking up the bottle. Don't get me wrong, this is a BASIC water bottle. It won't do anything better than other regular water bottles. But the subtle aspects of the design make life easier and worth keeping compared to other bottles that you would use for a month and put away forever.
