I’ve bought hair from them a lot of times but the one time I tried out the burgundy copper color hair I was quickly disappointed. Couldn’t even section the hair without it napping up. Half of the pack of hair went onto the ground since I literally had to claw the naps out just to hope itll work. I found that applying water to it will help but I shouldn’t have to apply water in the first place to just SECTION THE HAIR! So glad I only bought one pack of it. The 1b hair I buy is fine and perfect and I love it but other than that this new hair is horrible good thing I’m going for a peekaboo braid hairstyle. I still will continue to buy hair from here as it’s cheap and long and doesn’t irritate my scalp just beware
