When this arrived, it was well-packaged and the color was beautiful. It looks great on me too! The problem comes in when it comes to the integrity of the braid. It wasn’t cooperating too well when it was being braided and then it was curled and dipped in boiling water TWICE, because it couldn’t hold a curl for nothin. The product description claims that the top of the hair is 1B, but that couldn't be further from the truth. It's this weird grey brown color with pieces of the blonde hair mixed in. So if your natural hair is 1B, it won't blend at all.The hair is also pretty rough, which I'm not a fan of. And the flyaways REFUSE to lay flat, no matter how much gel or mousse I used.Not the greatest hair. It got the job done, but I wouldn't purchase it again.

This hair wasn’t soft, it was rough & it was hard to pull smaller pieces from the bundled hair. The hair was hard, I wouldn’t buy this again & don’t recommend. Maybe boiling and cleaning before the wash will make the hair excellent. It just wasn’t for me

Yes it does come in small packs but my hair stylist did small knotless braids and suprisingly used only 2and a half packs on my entire head! great color

After dipping in hot water it fried more than sealed so it had to be cut shorter. Her was beautiful but it never sealed correctly. You will have too take a chance

I used the product to do box braids you have to buy two eight packs order to have a head full of hair and the six packs of Hair be more Fuller than the eight packs of hair

I always soak the hair I buy in diluted vinegar water to avoid itchy hair from chemicals so I'm not sure if it is itch free or not I didn't want to chance it.

I will say, I absolutely Love this hair it is soft, manageable, and sets nicely in hot water. I use this hair for knotless braids with curls on the end. It comes in 8 bundles packs. My braided only used 3 and half packs. I have enough hair for another style left over. The hair is really compacted it look like less hair when it arrives, but it is thickened up when we pulled out of the bag. The shipping was fast. I thought I wasn't going to get it in time because I had card issue in the beginning

This hair is so much better than the horrible stuff at beauty supply stores which cause major irritation to my scalp. I've ordered the 12 and 18 inch pkgs. This hair did not disappoint bc I hv not had a lot of itching and irritation to my scalp. I will be re-ordering different lengths. It matches my hair perfectly.

The ombre is not as pronounced and the green is mixed in with black. Not as pictured but worked for my halloween costume. Overpriced.
