Simple but effective

I have NZXT H210 and the GPU airflow is severely restricted by the PSU shroud. I replaced my ATX power supply with an SFX to allow airflow through the small vents in the shroud, which lowered my max load temp by 2C, but it still felt like there was no air left. I then ordered this simple vented panel to replace the solid panel the SFX came with. That alone dropped my maximum temperatures by another 2C, and it looks like the GPU isn't struggling anymore. I don't recommend my case, but I would definitely recommend this plate if you have airflow issues.
