SemChority is missing many critical functions for managing supplier and customer relations

I like that it can be used to manage your relationships with customers as well as suppliers. It also allows you see where things stand across an entire organization or just within one department/group of people so there's no need to go back-and-forth between multiple systems if this tool was integrated into more than 1 system. The software has been extremely buggy since our first implementation - which we've now had 6+ months without any updates from them. We don't have access to their support team either because they are all located outside of US time zones! There really isn’t anything i dislike about semarchy XDM other then how long ago they last updated us when adding new features compared to some competitors who update every week.. They should give priority to those companies who truly care enough about what their users want instead having such large gaps between releases & not even allowing anyone else but themselves to make changes anymore!!
