This coolant housing was a perfect match for the 2003 Volkswagen AVH engine. It comes from the transmission side of the engine and connects several hoses together. Slightly drain the coolant into a clean container, it can be easily replaced. It includes an o-ring for the cylinder head gasket but not for the coolant sensor. So have a kit on hand as this gasket is usually swollen and will not fit properly unless you are lucky. It also does not include a sensor clip. None of these reviews are negative as the product is priced accordingly. A more expensive kit might include these items, but if you're careful you won't need them.
