The look of the journal overall is good. The book seems study and the pages are nice. I gave the product 2 stars because the lock does not completely work as stated. The lock DOES work, but it will not allow me to change the passcode from the default passcode. I have reached out directly to the company to see if there is something that I am not doing correctly, but they send nothing but the same instructions that come with the journal. I also had someone else try it too with no positive results. The whole reason for purchasing a journal with a lock is to have peace of mind. But I kept it anyways because I am going to hope no one just thinks the passcode is 000 lol.
