Looks a bit cheap but works. The USB hole has no cover so I can imagine water getting in. Luckily it doesn't rain much where I come from. . It took 2 weeks to charge and you may find you need to charge it because it starts to dim. However, I use it for 15 minutes a day. I wish there was light everywhere. When my dog trembles, the collar rotates and the light points down. Get lots of compliments. You may need to charge it more often if you use it for more than 20 minutes a day. I am an average size for my 25 year old pug. have it in the tightest setting.
