Read reviews before buying. I really wanted to enjoy it since I drink a lot more water these days. Loved the coconut filter idea. Big disappointment. I was so frustrated trying to open the cap (straight out of the box) that I called tech support to find out how to open the bottle. While waiting, I watched two video reviews on YouTube that I should have seen before buying :( While waiting in line for tech support, I figured out how to open the top. We push really hard the button on the side "It opened abruptly. Then I tried to open the bottle myself. I followed the instructions on the label that was on the bottle. Eventually I managed to leave a message and I was so frustrated. I asked for a call back and got one the next day. After figuring out how to open this fancy bottle in my little head, I came to the following conclusions: looks are the only cool factor with this nifty WATER BOTTLE!. It is not easy to fill a bottle and drink the product .yes and it also leaks and you can't feel the difference with the filter.when the company called me back the next day they said i probably would have damaged it when trying to open the lid, hence the leak, I doubt it, so I'm going back it if you're looking for something that looks cool on your desk and there's a place for education, and that's all you need. This is for you. If you want a water bottle that's pretty easy to fill, clean, and easy to use, skip this bottle. I wish I had.
