Buying used records sometimes means records are shipped without cases. I got them because I don't need a 100 pack; At my age (50) I will die before using them all. A pack of 50 sleeves seems more convenient, but a pack of 10 sleeves does not make economic sense. Although I've never taken anti-static claims seriously in the past. (I mean what do we expect, it's called vinyl for a reason, and they're just dust magnets.) They do appear to be anti-static, actually. The air in California is pretty dry and I have to say that these sleeves don't "stick" to the records when I go out to spin them, so it's a pleasant surprise that it actually "works". In my opinion a great product! (I also like the fact that it is sized just right for the LPs and I can rotate them sideways so the LP slides in and out of the LP sleeve without removing the sleeve. Some non-standard inner sleeves have a sleeve and this one is the right size for you to take out the whole cover + LP to remove the LP from the "top" of the cover Sometimes it's really annoying Covers with artwork I can just leave them alone with these LP covers when I really don't want to see what covers/lyrics are on the original paperback.)
