Review on Efficient and Durable Native Fab Napkins for Superior Restaurant Absorbency by Matthew Burnett

I'm a Napa Valley Sommelier. For some reason, the textile companies where the restaurants I worked at never offered black cotton napkins, aka "serviettes," as an option. They offer polyester-dominated energy waste that doesn't absorb. They are useless in almost every way. I always buy my own and use them at night. White cotton napkins are terribly wasteful. I'm sorry. These are thick and absorbent black cotton towels at a great price. No more white napkins!
