Review on TrainingMine LMS by Jaleel Pruitt

I like that it allows me to manage all of my employees training in one place so they can see what is upcoming and when it has been completed. It gives me time tracking as well. The interface for creating courses is not intuitive at all, but once you get used to it, it's great. I wish there was an option to create courses without using PowerPoint or something similar. I have no problems with this product other than that the interface is terrible. I use TrainingMine to manage all of my employee training. They are able to see their progress and can take advantage of any new training available.
