3 Ordered sets of chairs.While 4 chairs were great.2 others came with no hardware.Assembly for full sets was a little tricky due to the odd angles and required a little elbow grease to maneuver the hole to align.But once everything was assembled the chairs were very light but felt solid and comfortable (screws, bolts, wrenches etc) making it totally impossible to mount the backrest to the main seats.We tried to contact the manufacturer through their website but you have to Create an account to send a message, so we tried using your optio instead n using "live online support" neither nor" but I got an error saying they can't help right now. We are a military family stationed in another country. Therefore, paying for international phone calls to contact support is usually our last resort, but we ended up going that route. After calling and contacting a representative, we were instructed to email our postal address along with a screenshot of Revain's order confirmation. and the missing items will be sent to us. We haven't received the hardware components in the mail yet, but we promise to update my review/rating as soon as (or if) the components ever arrive.
