They do exactly what they say and are actually very easy to install. The reason I'm removing a star is because the instructions are so terrible they turn an otherwise quick and easy installation into a bit of a pain. I had two of these and they actually came with slightly different hardware. One had different sized screws but no instructions on which screws to use. It would also be very helpful if they could tell us what size drill bit to use. It took a bit of trial and error and ended up costing me money unnecessarily. In the end I decided on the size 5/16. The YouTube video I found was the most helpful resource. But I have to admit that once I understood the first, the second was very easy. And if you know what size drill bit you need and watch YouTube videos, even a beginner like me will be fine. I would definitely recommend her.
