I have a Vitamix 5300 high speed blender through Costco. It came with 1 flat 64 oz pitcher. I've often wanted to mix smaller batches that didn't work in this large 64-ounce jug. It took me a long time to be willing to shell out another $100 for another jar for this expensive blender, but I finally did. Now that I've bought a 32 ounce wet blade pitcher, this is the one I use most. Love the design of the jug, it fits into the blender holders on the machine and not outwards like a large jug. The numbers are easy to read and the lid fits snugly. I find that the liquid is often squeezed out when washing. I fill it with hot soapy water, if you go a little over the fill line the water squirts out. I've used it to make lots of smoothies, batters, and pulsing creamy nuts. It worked well to do all those things. I really like this jug and find it very useful for everyday use. If you found my review helpful, please help me by clicking Yes below. Many Thanks.
