Pros --- Ease of installation is definitely present. The magnetic strips with double sided tape to make sure they hold up was a nice touch. - That the controller easily sticks to the case body is also very convenient. The wires are thinner than most fans, even with the extra signal wires for the LEDs. Dimmable LEDs. ALL, NOT JUST LED STRIPS. - Pre-programmed procedures for LEDs. If you get bored with the same color, you can let the controller go through random routines and let the colors flow. In fact, it's very good that you don't have to program the LEDs. (Opinion may differ from others.) Cons --- Special fan controller does not accept replacement remotes. If you lose it, that's it. You need a new one. The full RGB cycle only displays for about 30 seconds before going through the next pre-programmed routine. There is no dedicated button for this on the remote control, which annoys me a lot. Overall this set is very good for the price. Simple and very beautiful light show after everything is installed. I will definitely get another set if needed.
