Bought on a whim for an 80's themed themed party. It was perfect! My daughter has very thin hair, so before curling, I sprayed each strand with hairspray and then parted them with my fingers for a voluminous, backcombed effect. Her hair was a hit! The style lasted the next day and she loved it.
