What did I pay for? This product is a failure.

After roughly four days of use, it continued to smell like smoke even though it had been used. According to the directions, the scent is only transient and will go away after a few hours of using the product for the first time. When the official representative was reached by phone, they stated that it was essential to turn on the heat for four to five hours and place it somewhere in a room with enough ventilation in order for all of the manufacturing lubricants to be consumed by the fire. After a significant amount of time had passed, the odor was no longer present. After handing it over to the service center per the terms of the warranty, I was notified after two weeks that it had been written off and that I could pick up the write-off act and get my money back. They explained to me that the odor is most likely just the scent of plastic when it is heated. I did not have the courage to take a new one or even heaters made by other companies, so I thought it would be best to try to research other models. There were no issues whatsoever with the vendor that Pleer was representing. Ru, they delivered it immediately, and they refunded the cost without any issues or complications.

Pros
  • Incapable of rating
Cons
  • A flaw developed in it. Because I wanted to warm things like items and the floor in addition to the air around them, I chose a heater that emits infrared radiation rather than one that simply circulates warm air. As a result, I was unable to comprehend how the infrared radiation worked. 1500 watts for 20 square feet? it doesn't seem like enough.
