Failed to load media. This NYMFY Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager is the second one I've tried so far and I love it. What I really like about it, apart from what I've used, is that it comes with a nice carry case as well as a travel charger so you can use it in the car. Really conforms to the contours of your neck when worn and feels like fingers. I love that it has a heating option and you can also rotate it to move in the opposite direction. It will take some time. I took off a star because the material that fits around your neck isn't the softest, although I do think it can loosen over time. The rest of the material is like soft leather as well as a matching bag. It has small sleeves on each side to wrap your hands around your neck and upper back. There is no remote control for this, the buttons are located on one of the levers and show a photo for each function. The directions are easy to understand and understand. I am very happy with it.
