Review on Posture Pump® 1400 D Dual Hydrator® by Ron Mohammed

This was my first time using this device in a chiropractic practice. She had a herniated disc in her neck and used this device to get it in the right position. She said it worked. Fast forward five years. I've always had a neck without a curve. At least that's what I discovered in my 20s. The attached picture is an x-ray I took about 10 years ago. My neck is MUCH worse now because no matter what I did it only got worse. A neck like this will give you a terrible headache and now I have a herniated disc. So I gritted my teeth and bought this device. If it worked for my chiropractor a few years ago I figured it was worth it and that's about 5 of my medical co-payments so what the heck? Right? So I tried it yesterday for the first time. My head was pounding. My neck hurt. I read the instructions which were very direct. The device is easy to use. I sat down on it and laid my neck on an inflatable pillow. I strapped my head on and puffed it out a little. It was weird at first, but it didn't hurt. As for me, I felt pressure on my neck, but it wasn't bad or good. Definitely felt different than anything else I've tried. I deflated and inflated it 10 times (until I was comfortable) and on the 10th time I left it inflated for 5 minutes. I took a deep breath and relaxed my shoulders. The pressure on my neck didn't hurt, but it was weird at the same time. As I deflated the airbags and buckled my forehead. I slowly got up and felt my headache had subsided. my throat was hot as if the blood would flow to him, and that's a good thing. My neck hurt that night, but I expected it. I expect it will hurt for at least a few weeks. My neck is a bit messed up so it won't be very comfortable to stretch it again. Day 2 My neck hurt a little. But again, I have headaches every day, so I did home therapy with the postural pump again. I couldn't inflate it as much as yesterday. The throat is definitely sensitive. But I did the same treatment as yesterday and felt good again when I was done. I will continue to use this every day and hopefully see progress. I'll update here when I go!
