Works well for my purposes so far. I still repeat my original comments and only give it 4 stars. Just opened the box. The power connection requires a very rare 5-pin mini-B connector (not the usual micro). I have 8 chargers, power adapters etc and NONE of them use the Mini 5 connector! And why doesn't the product description state that the power supply is not included? However, I called Rosewill Technical Support (and plugged the device into a USB port on one of my PCs) and confirmed that the PCs would provide enough power for my use - sharing two printers with two PCs. A dedicated power supply is only required when the hub is used to charge other devices or for unpowered external drives. As far as ease of use goes, the instructions (not the tech support rep I spoke to) explain the best way to determine which outbound ports to use and how to determine which printer and computer are selected. With just a 2x2 matrix I can figure this out by trial and error, but a chart showing everything would be helpful.
