Oh my god! I'm amazed at how quickly I lose weight without "dieting". I basically survived the pandemic and gained over 30 pounds. I really can't train because of back problems. I've tried other supplements but they either made me nervous or didn't work. Also, I'm not the type to count calories, score points, etc., so I needed something I could live with for a long time. This is what I do in addition to supplements. 1. I drink lemon water throughout the day. In the morning I cut half a lemon into a glass, add 1/2 boiling water, 1/2 cold water and drink it before eating anything else. I eat whatever I want 8 hours a day and fast for 16 hours. I walk 2 blocks a day and stretch. That's all! I can't believe the results!
