Not only does this 'candle' remote not work, but after the 3rd use within 1 week the whole candle is pulsing - not the flame but the whole candle. This is a perfect example of disgusting craftsmanship. AND WE HAVE TO RETURN ALL THIS SHIT AND CLAIM OUR REFUND. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL STOP USING US. It would be 100 stars if the remote worked to control turning on and off that way. At first I thought it needed a battery, but it comes with a battery already installed, doesn't work at all. Not very practical for a candle placed in the center of a potpourri basket. I have to use the power switch at the base of the candle. But I've rearranged the potpourri so it doesn't become a landslide when I lift the candle to turn it on or off. You can see in the picture it looks beautiful and authentic.
