Whilst I found it very suitable for my use, the Dash Grip was short lived, probably no longer than 3-4 months before it started peeling. I put it on at the recommended outside temperature, cleaned the dashboard material very carefully, being careful not to put it exactly where it was last and allowed 24 hours to cure before putting the suction cup on it. In the end he was still peeling off the dashboard (after 3-4 months). I use the second to exercise the same or better care in my application technique. It's been about 2 months and it's still working. Let's see how this holds up.
