I bought this shirt for my son as part of his Halloween costume. The material is silkier than cotton but very soft. My son found it very comfortable. It's not thin, and he put it back on like a layered shirt. Nice long sleeves. He is five and I bought him a size 5/6. Fits great with little wiggle room so it can grow and still fit in for a while. A very good quality!
