I love how easy it is to use and how many features are available. It's also very intuitive, which makes it super simple for new users to get started. I think that the support team could be more responsive. Sometimes we have questions or issues and they don't respond right away. I would like if there were some sort of tracking system so that we can see who has contacted them and when. I haven't used all the features yet, but I'm excited about what I've seen so far. I'm trying to figure out how to increase my reach and engage more people in my community. I've been able to do this by using the tools on The Public Community.
