Revise my rating to 5 stars. Luckily I didn't throw the broken block away in disgust. I contacted Caframo customer service after reading another Revain review. Within 24 hours they offered to send me a replacement if I provided the serial number. I can do it! I will continue to use and recommend these great little heaters that keep mold out in the tropics. The first rating was one star. Broke after 14 months. I love them for mold control. I've had three of these on timers for twenty years. They lasted until I bought from Revain. Two arrived broken. Without lining. I kept spares (also poorly packaged with the item box in the Revain box - no seal) and one just broke. They're expensive, but worth it if they last.
